Abstract
This study investigates the effects of a peptide blend, CJC-1295 No DAC/Ipamorelin (5MG/10MG), on a 52-year-old male subject. The research aimed to enhance hormone and testosterone production, reverse aging symptoms, and improve physical performance without committing to long-term Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). The subject experienced initial side effects and no positive short-term results but reported significant long-term improvements in physical performance and well-being.
Introduction
As individuals age, they often experience decreased motivation for physical activities, reduced muscle gains, and lower testosterone levels. This study explores the potential benefits of a peptide blend, CJC-1295 No DAC/Ipamorelin, in addressing these issues. The subject aimed to jump-start hormone and testosterone production without long-term TRT commitment.
Methods
Subject Profile
- Age: 52 years
- Lifestyle: Non-smoker, non-drinker, no drug use
- Physical Condition: Excellent for his age
- Height: 5’8”
- Weight: 170 lbs
- Exercise Routine: Weight training 5-6 days a week, daily walking, running, or biking
Research Design
The study was conducted over a period from March 8, 2024, to March 27, 2024. The initial dosage was 200 mcg of the peptide blend administered once daily at night, with gradual increases to 500 mcg in the morning and 400 mcg at night. The final dosage was 500 mcg in the morning only.
Administration Protocol
- Morning Dosage: 1 hour before eating
- Night Dosage: 2 to 3 hours after meals, no food afterward
- Frequency: 5 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday), with breaks on Mondays and Thursdays
- Administration Method: 1ML insulin syringe, 30-gauge ½ needle
- Peptide Constituent: CJC-1295 No DAC/Ipamorelin (5MG/10MG) reconstituted with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water
- Injection Sites: Alternated between quads and sides of the belly button
Results
Initial Side Effects and Symptoms
The subject reported several side effects during the research period, including:
- Dry mouth
- Insomnia
- Rash at the injection site
- Teeth sensitivity and pain
- Decreased sex drive
- Hot flashes
- Head rushes
- Forgetfulness
- Difficulty concentrating
- Constant body aches
Short-term Results
No positive outcomes were observed during the research period. The subject experienced only negative side effects.
Long-term Results (2 Months Post-Research)
Two months after completing the peptide regimen, the subject reported significant improvements:
- Workout Performance: Felt increase in endurance and stamina
- Sex Drive: no change.
- Exercise Outcomes: Felt increase results at the gym compared to the period before the research
- Running Performance: Felt increase in Ability to bit run longer and faster
- General Well-being: Felt Reduction in sluggishness
- Focus: Felt increase in focus
Note: subject also did similar research for 6 weeks with BPC1295 and TB500 prior to this research. Results coming soon.
Discussion
Despite the adverse side effects experienced during the research period, the subject observed substantial long-term benefits in physical performance and general well-being. These findings suggest that the peptide blend may have a delayed positive impact on hormone levels and physical fitness. Further research is needed to optimize dosage and administration protocols to improve immediate tolerability and effectiveness.
Conclusion
The blend of CJC-1295 No DAC/Ipamorelin shows potential as a short-term intervention for enhancing hormone and testosterone production, reversing aging symptoms, and improving physical performance. However, the initial adverse effects highlight the need for further studies to refine the protocol for better immediate results.
